Non-Medicaid Care Coordination
The Non-Medicaid Care Program offers compassionate, comprehensive, and caring case management services to adults from the age of 18 and over who have serious Mental Health concerns. To be eligible for this program a person must be a resident of Cattaraugus County, have a significant mental health disorder, and NOT be eligible for Medicaid. A person can have Medicare or other third-party insurances.
The purpose of this program is to help the individual identify patterns and behaviors, such as emergency room usage and to develop healthy alternatives to help them stay in the community. This will in turn help the person to stay on their personal path of recovery, so they may achieve their goal of living and maintaining a happier and healthier life.
